Your mother is dying, did you love her? Are you crying? did she love you? Mā Ma is an absurdist comedy that deals with the expectations of familial love, generational trauma and the effects of silence. After leaving home 10 years ago a child returns to their mother’s deathbed, in of search answers. Both mother and child try to reconnect, however, miscommunication takes its tole. Will they both get what they need before time runs out?
